Sarah Zacharias has a passion for helping people learn how to help themselves. She has been a private practice clinician for 10 years. She enjoys researching past experiences to reveal where patterns of negative thought or behaviors began.Sarah’s goal for each of her clients is to identify where/when/how these patterns began so that they can move forward using this information to distinguish what the world has taught them (lies) vs what the Lord wants for them (truth).Whether it is depression, anxiety, marriage, singleness, transition, or grief, Sarah is excited to work with you and/or your family. Sarah is a strong believer in Christ but enjoys working with clients from all belief systems. She aims to help clients find their true identity based off of their personality, temperament, and natural gifts/strengths while learning how to better control their weaknesses.
